This contract role is responsible for monitoring and evaluating Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and driving adoption of new features across the organization. Acting as a liaison between Microsoft's evolving cloud platform and business stakeholders, the role ensures new capabilities are assessed for value, risk, compliance, and technical readiness. Key responsibilities include analyzing updates, developing adoption strategies, creating user guidance, and collaborating with teams to implement approved features smoothly. The position also involves gathering feedback, tracking adoption metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve productivity through better use of M365 tools. Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous learning are critical for success. This position pays $40-50hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in M365 enterprise environment
• Ability to analyze technical changes and translate them to business impact
• Change management, user adoption, or other M365 implementation initiatives

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Previous M365 migration experience
