Benefits effective 1st day following 30 days of employment• Paid Time Off• Holiday Pay• Same Day Pay!• Annual Income Increases (at the discretion of the market)• And so much more!Here’s what you will do:• Work in collaboration with facility team to assess the needs of the resident• Comply with federal and state regulations regarding completion and coordination of the MDS process• Monitor MDS and care plan documentation for all residents• Ensure documentation is present in the medical record to support MDS coding• Maintain the frequent and accurate data entry of resident information into appropriate computerized program• As required, attend team meetings and other meetings in order to gather information, communicate changes, and maintain and update records• Continually update knowledge base related to data entry and computer technology• May participate in quality assurance activities as required• Perform additional duties as assignedEssential For You to Have as a Campbell Street Services MDS Coordinator:• RN licensure within the state of Kansas, plus a minimum of two years MDS experience in long-term care (Prefer RN but will consider LPN) may be considered with exceptional qualifications or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Must have current AANAC (RAC-CT) certification or obtain it within 90 days of hire• Have and continue acceptable Criminal Background report• Have and continue clean Sex Offender report• Have and continue clean Child and Adult Protective Service report• Understand, speak, read, and write English fluently• Education, experience, and skills to perform required responsibilities• Ability to treat and care for our residents and their property and personal belongings with dignity and respectKnow someone who'd be great for any of our CSS roles?
