You’ll also play a key role in supporting customer requests and ensuring high-quality implementation of our standard frameworks.</p><p>WaaS Website Configuration & Content Upload:</p><ul><li>Launch new websites using our WaaS playbooks</li><li>Populate pages with approved content, media, and SEO settings</li><li>Format content to match our visual and UX standards</li><li>Configure blogs, menus, and pages using templates</li><li>Liaise with the Web Product Manager to final-check and push live</li></ul><p>Hattie CRM Configuration & Content Upload:</p><ul><li>Set up new CRM accounts using our snapshot templates</li><li>Import contacts and lists as needed</li><li>Build automations, forms, and pipelines using our CRM playbooks</li><li>Upload and schedule emails, SMS, and workflows for campaigns</li><li>Troubleshoot and report tech issues with the CRM platform</li></ul><p>Customer Support (WaaS & Hattie):</p><ul><li>Monitor support channels (Teamwork, WhatsApp) and respond to queries</li><li>Solve basic tech and how-to questions using checklists, pre-made videos and FAQ</li><li>Escalate complex requests to product leads</li><li>Keep support tickets organised and updated with status and solutions</li><li>Track common questions and update internal documentation</li></ul><p><b>Who You Are:</b></p><ul><li><b>Tech-Savvy & Resourceful: </b>You’re comfortable learning new tools fast. You’ve used website builders (like WordPress, Figma, Photoshop or similar) and played around with CRMs, email tools, or automation software. You follow checklists and keep things tidy.
