Job Description Salute is seeking a talented and creative Marketing professional to join our growing global team. If you’re passionate about marketing, eager to support a fast-growing global business, and ready to make an impact across campaigns, events, and content, we want to hear from you! This role will play a critical part in supporting the planning, development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, campaign performance, pipeline creation and customer engagement across Salute and its group of companies. Reporting into the Vice President Global Marketing, the successful candidate will have a primary focus on the AMER region, while working closely with EMEA-based stakeholders and contributing to global marketing initiatives and campaigns. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role with exposure to global campaigns, major events, partnerships, and strategic programs. Person Specification (Key Competencies) • Assist in the planning and delivery of global marketing campaigns across Salute and its group of companies, including execution of ABM campaigns, support for email marketing, paid advertising, LinkedIn activity, internal campaigns and account-based initiatives. • Partner with internal stakeholders across EMEA and the US (sales, delivery, leadership, HR and product teams) to support smooth and efficient campaign execution. • Support the development, maintenance and version control of core marketing and sales assets, including presentation templates, creation and ongoing maintenance of customer case studies and other branded documents. • Support the creation and light adaptation of visual assets (e.g., presentations, social graphics, event collateral) in line with brand guidelines, working alongside the global marketing team and external partners where required. • Help manage and support Salute’s social media presence in collaboration with the global marketing team, ensuring content is scheduled, on-brand and aligned to current priorities • Support content creation for multiple channels, including the website, event collateral and sales enablement materials. • Support the planning and execution of key global and regional events, with a particular focus on customer-facing and pipeline-driving events • Maintain and support updates to Salute’s website, working with the wider team to keep content current, accurate and aligned to evolving business messaging • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and reports to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement on our marketing efforts. • Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies and support basic SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, content updates and performance monitoring. Key Performance Indicators (Linked to Business Objectives) • Increase the level of customer engagement • Increase the number of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) • Increase the value of leads for each business unit • Increase the level of digital engagement for customers and prospects Qualifications & Experience Must have: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices. Preferred: • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or proven equivalent experience). • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally with experience working across multiple brands or a diverse portfolio. • Proven ability to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns across various channels. • Proficiency in social media marketing tools and platforms. • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as Salesforce or HubSpot. • Experience with marketing automation tools. • Working knowledge of creative platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or Canva, with the ability to create or adapt simple visual assets in support of campaigns. • Experience with marketing email platforms such as MailChimp. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
