VOLUNTEER POSITION DESCRIPTION: Marketing Consultant Department: Marketing Time Commitment: 5-10 hours/week (add 20 to visa letter, consider other duties) Duration: 3–5 months Location: Remote (occasional local event attendance optional but welcomed) Position Overview: The Marketing Consultant will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage arenaflex audiences, and drive organizational impact. This role will focus on social media management, videography, and flyer design to create compelling content that promotes programs, events, and initiatives. For more information, please visit our website at Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: • Develop and implement a content strategy for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). • Create engaging posts, stories, and campaigns that align with the organization's goals and arenaflex audience. • Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach. • Interact with followers and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner. Videography & Multimedia Content Creation: • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and events. • Develop short-form and long-form video content that tells compelling stories about the organization and its impact. • Manage video production logistics, including scheduling shoots, securing locations, and coordinating with team members. • Ensure all video content aligns with branding and messaging guidelines. Flyer & Graphic Design: • Design eye-catching flyers, banners, and promotional materials for events, programs, and campaigns. • Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand identity and visually appealing. • Collaborate with team members to refine and enhance creative concepts. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution: • Assist in developing comprehensive marketing plans to support organizational initiatives. • Coordinate digital and print marketing efforts to maximize outreach and engagement. • Identify innovative ways to increase brand visibility and audience growth. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred. • Proven experience in social media management, videography, and graphic design. • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar). • Strong knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design tools. • Excellent storytelling and content creation skills. • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
