We are seeking a Marketing Admin to support our internal team by handling day-to-day marketing execution tasks across multiple client accounts.

This is a behind-the-scenes execution role. The person in this role will not work directly with clients or own marketing strategy. Instead, they will help ensure that marketing tasks are completed accurately and on time by following established processes and instructions.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

You are comfortable following processes, completing repeatable tasks, and keeping systems updated. You take pride in making sure things are done correctly and consistently.

You are comfortable:

  • Scheduling content across social media platforms
  • Uploading and formatting newsletters in email marketing platforms
  • Updating spreadsheets and tracking documents
  • Pulling basic marketing data from dashboards
  • Following checklists and internal processes
  • Managing recurring tasks each week
  • Working independently once instructions are provided

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys structured administrative work and prefers a consistent workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule social media posts across multiple platforms using provided content calendars
  • Upload and format newsletters within email marketing platforms and schedule campaigns once approved
  • Conduct basic quality checks before publishing content, including verifying links, formatting, and images
  • Update spreadsheets and tracking documents used for marketing performance, reporting, and internal organization
  • Pull basic data from marketing platforms and dashboards to support internal reporting
  • Maintain organized records of campaigns, content, and marketing assets in shared drives
  • Update internal task trackers, content calendars, and documentation as needed
  • Monitor scheduled content to ensure posts and campaigns publish correctly
  • Follow internal processes and checklists to complete recurring marketing tasks accurately
  • Communicate with internal team members if issues arise or clarification is needed

Role & Compensation

Type: Contract – Hourly
