Collectively, these operations span more than 2,800 properties situated in forty-two states and fifteen countries worldwide. The portfolio encompasses a broad range of commercial property types, including office spaces, call centers, industrial/flex facilities, retail locations, and data centers.<br><br><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>Job Summary:<br><br>The role involves site selection, negotiation, planning, and reporting.
