Responsibilities • Collaborate closely with the business lead to define and help maintain a delivery roadmap that aligns with business priorities. • Advocate for your marketplace while remaining flexible and creative in navigating constraints. • Coordinate across development, design, quality assurance, data, and content teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. • Lead initiatives that bring together the consumer-facing experience with authenticated experiences across multiple platforms. • Become the go-to expert on the Scout marketplace from a technical delivery perspective—understanding how it's built, how data flows, and who the key stakeholders & users are. • Serve as the liaison with risk and compliance partners to ensure alignment and that all relevant items are fully vetted and meet regulatory standards. • Leverage analytics and insights to inform marketplace decisions. • Partner with data science and analytics teams to define use cases, shape data models, and deliver impactful solutions. • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Lead discovery sessions, manage competing priorities, and communicate trade-offs effectively. • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and improve system scalability and reliability. Requirements • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver complex products in agile environments. • Strong technical acumen with understanding of data architecture, analytics, and system integration. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders. • Experience working with risk, compliance, and legal teams in regulated environments. • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and drive results with limited resources. • Experience with marketing operations platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Mendix, or similar tools). Nice-to-haves • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems or a related field. • 5 years of experience in marketing operations or product delivery; ideally in edtech, fintech, or digital platforms. • Experience with tools like SQL, Snowflake, and modern data stacks is a plus. • Knowledge of event tagging & of tag management tools such as arenaflex Tag Manager or Tealium. • Understanding of web experimentation or digital marketing analytics.
