Manager, Cybersecurity, Privacy and Forensics, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Atlanta, GA. Support development and execution of privacy programs aligned with global data protection laws. Conduct privacy and security risk assessments to identify and protect sensitive data. Assist with implementation and optimization of privacy technologies and tools. Assist our clients implement effective privacy programs that support global, federal, and state regulations. Help develop privacy transformation

strategies that support business and data goals. Contribute to managing data subject rights requests and privacy compliance processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cyber resilience and mitigate privacy risks. Supervise and coach professional teams.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $157,000 - $186,000/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Cybersecurity, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Cybersecurity, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

  • Leading the application of key privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, LGPD, PIPEDA) and industry frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, GAPP) to assess, design, and enhance privacy and data protection programs;

  • Enhancing data privacy programs governance strategies and program deployment and operational execution;

  • Complying with and understanding reputational risk mitigation, emphasizing US and international privacy, data protection and Information laws and understanding the privacy risks impacting a particular industry; and

  • Applying technical and operational industry leading practices involving privacy regulations to assess client privacy programs and providing recommendations.

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 60% required.
