Your Role

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring that, first and foremost, the overall operation of the restaurant adheres to Dunkin Brands and Company standards. Furthermore, the Restaurant Manager is expected to build profitable top line sales by developing a team which delivers a great guest experience through operational excellence. The ultimate test of their success is the quality of leaders they are able to produce through their internal development system.


  • Oversee Daily Operations
    – Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly while maintaining Dunkin’ Brands and Company standards.
  • Lead & Develop the Team – Hire, train, and inspire a team that delivers fast, friendly, and accurate service every time.
  • Drive Sales & Guest Satisfaction – Implement strategies to boost sales, increase guest loyalty, and enhance overall performance.
  • Ensure Compliance & Quality – Uphold food safety, cleanliness, cash handling, and security procedures.
  • Foster a Positive Culture – Build a supportive, high-energy environment where employees love to work and grow.
  • Manage Inventory & Costs – Keep an eye on stock, waste, and expenses to maximize efficiency.

  • Experience in the food service industry - Food safety, Serve Safe Certification is a plus!

  • This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds and also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
