About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Specialist who will own our email and SMS marketing strategy and execution. You’ll play a key role in shaping the customer journey, driving engagement, and maximizing retention and revenue through effective flows and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Email & SMS Marketing – Core Responsibilities
  • Build and optimize flows and automations in Klaviyo to drive revenue and retention
  • Plan, execute, and manage one-time campaigns with clear goals and segmentation strategies
  • Write copy that maintains urgency and clarity, aligned with our brand voice and customer journey
  • Create clear briefs for the graphic designer .
  • Monitor performance and iterate based on results (A/B testing, open/click rates, revenue attribution)
  • Maintain and organize customer segments to ensure relevant targeting
  • Ensure timely delivery of all lifecycle communications
  • Own the retention piece of the Marketing Calendar
  • Track and report email marketing performance, delivering insights to optimize future campaigns.

  • Proven experience with Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation)
  • Exceptional copywriting skills tailored to e-commerce
  • Data-minded: you know how to evaluate performance and iterate for results
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Bonus: Electric bike knowledge

Optional Responsibilities

Paid Media
  • Support scheduling and launching of Meta and Google ad campaigns
  • Write ad copy and verify creative specs
  • Track daily performance and provide optimization recommendations
  • Analyze creative performance and suggest iterations

Creative Project Management
  • Manage creative briefs for all campaigns (ads, emails, site, etc.)
  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators
  • Organize and maintain content libraries across shared drives

Shopify Site Management
  • Set up and manage discounts and promotional offers
  • Update homepage assets (hero images, banners) based on campaigns

Influencer & Affiliate Programs
  • Manage relationships with influencers and affiliate partners
  • Send contracts, track deliverables, and follow up on content
  • Write content briefs and ensure alignment with brand messaging
