We are strengthening our team and looking for a Level Designer. What you will work on: • Creating levels. • Adjusting level balance. • Improving existing levels based on metrics and player feedback. • Working with player and internal feedback. • Researching competitor games. What We Expect: • At least 3 years of experience as a Level Designer on casual match-3 projects. • Good understanding of current trends in match-3 level design. • High level of experience playing popular match-3 games. • Ability to analyze and deconstruct competitor levels and game mechanics. • Ability to write clear documentation. • Experience working with a level editor. • Experience with arenaflex Sheets. Would Be a Plus: • Experience designing difficulty curves. • Experience preparing level design specifications. • Experience building match-3 levels with various bonus systems. • Experience working on the beginning of the game (introducing core mechanics). • Mentoring experience and/or experience managing a team of level designers.
