Job Purpose:

We are seeking a motivated legal intern with a strong interest in the funds sector to join our in-house team based in Mayfair, London. This is a full-time, six-month internship running from July 2026 to December 2026.

The successful candidate will be:

  • A law student in the process of qualifying in France or England, or already qualified.

  • In possession of a strong academic record and excellent proficiency in English.

  • Experienced through at least one previous internship in an in-house legal team or private practice.

  • Interested in private equity, venture capital, or funds-related work.

  • Highly motivated, with strong analytical skills and the ability to lean quickly, work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a leading private investment house, working closely with experienced legal professionals on a variety of matters across the funds space.

Job Responsibilities:

  • providing legal support on the creation, structuring and management of funds (including Delaware and/or UK limited partnerships and Luxembourg structures),

  • participating in the preparation and drafting of relevant fund documentation,

  • participating in negotiations with external investors and service providers,

  • collaborating with and providing legal support to other departments (e.g., Fund Finance, Tax, Compliance, Investor Relations, etc.),

  • assisting and preparing minutes of investment committees and board meetings,

  • monitoring legal and regulatory developments.
