<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>Reporting to the Senior Learning and Development Specialist, the Learning and Development Student will collaborate with the team to enable project completions. The role is ideal for a students in graphic designing, business administration or a related field, who is eager to gain experience in e-learning and development.<br><br><strong>Hourly Wage</strong>: $19.50 to $21.70 per hour<br><br><strong>Application Deadline: </strong>March 13th, 2026<br><br><strong>CAREER FAIR NOTICE<br><br></strong><ul><li>Cavendish Farms will be on campus at UPEI on March 11th for their annual career fair. Come and learn more about our team and this opportunity! <br><br></li></ul><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Assist the learning and development team in converting training documents to task lists in learning Management Systems (LMS). </li><li>Creating and updating the quiz from the content provided. </li><li>Assist in data entry in LMS. </li><li>Assist in creating AI agents to exploring the use of various AI tools in L&D. </li><li>Creating and updating learning content. </li><li>Provide administrative support for projects as required. </li><li>Participate in training events, if required. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Computer Science, graphic designing or any related field. </li><li>Data-driven mindset. </li><li>Comfortable with Adobe, AI component, e-learning and development. </li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines. </li><li>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). </li><li>Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. <br><br></li></ul><strong>About Us<br><br></strong>Founded in 1882, J.D.
