What you will do: Partner to build and execute brand campaigns to secure and nurture leads that will drive Medical’s growth. Create impactful customer engagement at each stage of sales, from lead generation to conversion. • Work cross-functionally to develop strategy and write copy for email campaigns that onboard, engage and retain potential and current customers. • Research our customers’ lifecycles and how they interact with our brand to understand the best ways to reach them through email. • Use email marketing concepts and metrics to measure and optimize our email campaigns, to improve open rates, deliverability, click rates, and conversion rates, and to achieve specific business goals. • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards. • Begin to work on development of personalization strategy utilizing enterprise marketing technology stack. • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth • Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Marketo and Salesforce such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing. • Ensure design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly. • Distribute emails through the use of automation software (Marketo). • Create and design various CTAs and email templates • Maintain and manage the database of customers who have opted to receive our correspondence with objective to increase the size over time. • Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts. • Collaborate with graphic designers to improve the appearance layout of outputs. • Manage outside digital marketing consultants, as needed. • Maintain a high degree of self-motivation and generate fresh ideas. Remain abreast of technological developments that facilitate the dissemination and monitoring of campaign features. What you need: • Bachelor’s degree in any field required • 4+ years’ work experience • Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems • Proficiency in marketing automation technology • Proficient in mobile/responsive e-mail design and development • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and bolthires Analytics • $73,10 - $152,400 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program).
