Design and develop reports using Power BI, Databricks, SQL, and data modeling techniques to support business operations. Lead a team in delivering high-quality reports and ensure timely completion of projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and gather requirements. Develop and maintain data governance processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and reporting. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to report development and data integrity. Train and mentor team members on report development techniques and tools. Develop and maintain documentation for reports and data sources. Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their reporting needs. Participate in meetings and present reports to leadership and other stakeholders. Conduct quality assurance and testing to ensure accurate and reliable reporting. Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and systems. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on data analytics and reporting best practices.
