This is a hands‑on role for someone early in their career who wants to work across data engineering, software development and system reliability in a fast‑moving environment where you will take ownership of your own projects.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Software Development: Contribute to internal tools and platforms to improve reliability, data visibility and operational workflows.<br>Uptime & Monitoring Systems: Develop features and integrations that enhance fault detection, alerting and automated diagnostics across the estate.<br>Data Engineering & Analysis: Assist in building and maintaining pipelines to collect, clean and analyse data from our network. Support insights into uptime, performance and user behaviour alongside our dedicated data team.<br>What You\'ll Bring<br>Analytical mindset: You’re data‑driven, curious and love solving problems.<br>Good knowledge of modern practices in data and software engineering.<br>ML/AI curiosity and interest.<br>Proficiency in Python, JavaScript and SQL.<br>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control.<br>Nice to have: Experience with Azure cloud services and knowledge of OCPP/OCPI protocols.<br>Requirements<br>Ready to drive sustainable innovation?
