The business fosters a family-style culture, valuing long-term growth and mentorship, with direct guidance from a Senior Engineer who brings 20+ years of corporate AV experience.‍ Role & Responsibilities This is an exciting entry-level role for someone looking to build a long-term career in the Audio-Visual and Video Conferencing industry. As a Junior AV/VC Field Engineer, you will:Act as the first responder to service desk tickets, aiming for a 2-hour response time.Deliver remote fixes where possible, or attend client sites for next-day onsite fixes.Handle 3–4 service calls per day.Work alongside senior engineers, gaining significant hands-on exposure to a variety of AV systems.Assist with configurations and support wider AV service projects.This role offers excellent learning opportunities, career development, and the chance to work with cutting-edge AV technologies. Your Skills & Experience 1-2 years’ experience in AV or Video Conferencing support.Good IT knowledge with a basic understanding of networks (e.g., IP addressing).Experience with Biamp, Q-SYS, or Logitech is an advantage.Strong troubleshooting ability with a customer-facing, proactive approach.Willingness to travel for client visits.Eager to grow and develop a career in AV (not suited to live events or residential backgrounds).
