Please note: This is an international traveling role where you will be expected to travel globally up to and over 20 weeks per year.


We are looking for an outgoing, driven, and confident individual to join our fantastic team. Your role will be to work collaboratively with account managers supporting across several accounts to service our portfolio of clients. You will create a strong working relationship with our clients built on trust and efficiency, while simultaneously coordinating car rental logistics for several events per year, which includes but is not limited to the Formula One.


The ideal candidate will have:

- 1-2 years’ experience in customer service (essential)

- 1-2 years’ experience in car rental or travel coordination (essential)

- Valid UK passport and driving license (essential)


The ideal candidate will be:

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel (essential)
  • Adaptable and consistent with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent in time management and task prioritisation
  • Able to communicate professionally with a wide range of clientele including VIP customers.
  • Confident & motivated working both in a team and unaccompanied at home and around the globe
  • Able and willing to travel worldwide 20+ weeks per year (essential)
  • Motivated to generate new business as the role has an aspect of commissioned sales driven targets
  • Have a strong worth ethic and the ability to react to an ever changing environment.


Working location and hours:

Working from home (Dorset based preferred): Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
