As an Italian Speaking Email Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance regarding our services. Your fluency in Italian will be vital for clear communication and fostering positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries and support requests via email in Italian
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve client issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Provide comprehensive information about products and services as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve more complex customer issues
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to help improve support processes
  • Uphold a positive and professional image of Mercier Consultancy in all communications
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or email support preferred
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail
