Collaborate with team members to formulate investment strategies and make recommendations to clients. Stay current on market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to inform investment decisions. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and senior management. Utilize various data sources and analytical tools to gather and interpret data. Conduct due diligence and risk assessments on potential investments. Communicate and collaborate with clients to understand their investment goals and objectives. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of investment strategies and make adjustments as needed. Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Small Mid Cap team in Japan. Proactively seek out professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills. Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues. Represent the company positively and build strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
