We’re excited to be expanding our Occupational Therapy service within our residential reablement setting.

Working alongside physiotherapy‑informed practice and Social Work approaches, our team delivers high‑quality, Care Act compliant assessments and develops personalised reablement and support plans.

The post holder will:

  • Deliver holistic, strength based reablement for adults with complex needs within a residential reablement setting.
  • Promote and improve independence for adults with complex needs by provision of equipment and adaptations, moving with dignity, and interventions.
  • Provide person-centred interventions to reduce ongoing care needs and support safe, timely transitions
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work alone and within a team
  • Be able to organise and prioritise workload and balance this with conflicting demands of the role
