Job description

Last year we launched a brand-new, high-growth legal call center, and are already expanding and need highly motivated, independent, sharp, gritty, emotionally intelligent teammates to help us take it to the top.

We’re not another robotic call shop. We’re the human connection behind law firms nationwide—converting chats into cases, clients into action, and first-touch into full trust.

This is not just a job. This is your opportunity to be part of the team that builds something great—with founders who started by taking their own chats and turning their business into the fastest growing Live Chat company in the US and a C-level exec who's started 2 call centers before at scale. We’re serious about being the best outbound legal intake call center in the country. Not because we say it. Because we do it. Consistently. Compassionately. Relentlessly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handling a large volume of outbound calls, within 1 minute of receipt
  • Following up on a large volume of calls being chased (Approx. 150 calls daily)
  • Taking sporadic inbound calls from call backs on outbound attempts with care, curiosity, and calm under pressure
  • Screening cases with empathy + urgency
  • Using firm criteria to determine to Pass/Take
  • Scheduling attorney consults + signing retainers/contracts
  • Following up via call, text, and email—we don’t ghost
  • Meeting and exceeding quotas like it's your side hustle (but this is your main hustle)
  • Staying up to day on all trainings, feedback loops, quality reviews and kudo activities.
  • Entering details accurately, clearly and with intention.
  • Endlessly obsessing over 5 Star Customer experience, over and over.
  • Helping hundreds of people in need a month with a phone call on what is likely the worst time of their life.
  • Reliability- on time, attendance matters.

Perks + Culture + Why Juvo?

  • Fastest Growing Human Driven Chat + Call Center in the US 3 years in a row!
  • Industry High Pay Rates- $14-16 /hour base DOE + bonuses + room for fast growth/promotion
  • Bonus for high performance- uncapped earning potential
  • Clear Promotion Plan to Legal Intake Specialists, Shift Supervisors and more! Not a dead-end role for high performers with ambition.
  • 6 paid company holidays
  • Best-in-class training platform — we're not winging it
  • Direct coaching from experienced leaders with decades of experience
  • High-growth, high-accountability, high-appreciation environment
  • Fun, fast, feedback-driven team — we laugh hard, work harder, celebrate wins
  • Ownership mentality encouraged — this is your center, your success, your future- Get in early and grow with us — we want leaders, not clock-punchers
  • Serious about excellence, serious about heart — we show up, get it done, and cheer each other on

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ Years in a formal Call Center environment (Preferably in a medical center, hospitality or service- Not collection-related- no getting around this one, sorry), making at least 100-150 calls per day.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication – you’ll take a live writing/typing test
  • Reliable high-speed internet + backup connection (Min 100Mbps)
  • 50+ WPM Typing- Proven
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Not a primary caregiver during shift hours
  • Tech-savvy, fast learner, coachable AF (can we say that!?)
  • Resilient and adaptable- this isn’t going to be perfect- we’re going to change a LOT and frequently until we get it right… again, this is a start up.
  • U.S.-based, 18+ years old
  • Quirky desire to build this with us; it’s going to be fast, hard and stressful…. But rewarding!!
  • Ability to Multi-Task, yet stay organized and on top of it all!
  • Hungry- can’t leave a lead untouched, desire to “win” by calling, connecting with and converting the most leads while providing exceptional service
  • Nights, Weekends, Holiday availability with OT!
  • Someone who can't stand seeing things sit- We are speed to lead- you have to grab these fast... for performance, the person who grabs and books the most gets the largest bonuses! This is a Sales & Empathy- Driven position that makes a difference.
  • Easy going team that gets it done!

Nice-to-Haves (aka Level-Up Points):

  • Experience in a law firm setting (PI/Family Law a plus) or medical facility
  • Sales Experience or Hospitality Experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Hours
  • Full-time (32-40 hours a week) and Part Time (16-30 a week) with some flexibility in scheduled based on business needs— center is 7 days/week coverage between 9AM–12AM EST; Weekends are a must with limited hours- we currently rotate days/weekends (or this can be your dedicated shift and be off during the week)
  • May work day shift or afternoon shift
  • May work Holidays if needed (right now, we endeavor to be off, but could change if business demands this)— we serve law firms when clients need them most
  • This is not for the “clock-in, clock-out” crowd. We want teammates who are dedicated, reliable, and ready to grow something from the ground up and are all hands on deck with scheduling, changing workloads and dedication!
