Overview

Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services based on customer needs.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services to enhance customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English is required; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
  • A friendly demeanor with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task.
