About the Role

We’re hiring an Inbound Sales Representative to join our Pre-planning team. In this fully remote role, you’ll connect with families who reach out to Meadow, guiding them through our offerings with empathy, professionalism, and clarity. You’ll use our consultative sales approach to help each family understand their options and make decisions that feel right for them.

The Impact of Preplanning

Pre-planning lets families make one of life’s most important decisions calmly and confidently. We help families take charge of their arrangements ahead of time: bringing clarity, peace of mind, and financial protection to their loved ones.

  • Guides families toward confident decisions through education and trust.

  • Locks in affordability and reduces future burden for loved ones.

  • Gives families confidence their loved ones will be cared for with dignity and clarity.

  • Fuels Meadow’s evolution into a modern, end-to-end deathcare company.

What You'll Do

  • Take warm inbound calls and convert them end-to-end using Meadow’s consultative playbook.

  • Educate customers specifically on preplanning - what it is, how it works, and how it helps families make thoughtful, confident decisions ahead of time.

  • Follow up via phone, text, and email to ensure families have what they need to move forward.

  • Champion “unmatched hospitality” in every interaction.

  • Consistently meet quota while maintaining high close rates and strong quality scores.

  • Navigate a modern sales tech stack: HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and our internal systems.

You’ll Thrive Here if You…

  • Have 2+ years of B2C phone-sales success.

  • Win consultatively with a process for discovering needs, building value, and closing without pressure.

  • Act with agency: own your pipeline, and improve the script/CRM/report that helps us win.

  • Lead with hospitality: steady, empathetic, and fired up by Meadow’s mission to serve families better.

Bonus points if you…

  • Have experience selling in high-trust, high-stakes environments, like insurance, healthcare, travel, or other fields where empathy, clarity, and relationship-building are essential to closing.

  • Speak Spanish, since many of the families we serve are Spanish-speaking.

Why join us

  • Performance-Based Reward: Competitive salary, bonuses, equity, and generous health/dental/vision coverage.

  • Career Growth in Sales & Tech: A chance to grow or accelerate your career in tech while helping build something meaningful.

  • Be Part of a VC-Backed Startup: Join an ambitious, well-funded company that is poised for significant growth.

  • Learn from High-Quality Founders: Our leadership team has built successful companies before and will invest in your growth.

  • Autonomy & Ownership: Take full responsibility for your territory and relationships, making a tangible difference in the lives of families and care providers.

The Practical Stuff

  • Fully Remote, US-based. Monday-Friday, Pacific business hours.

  • Compensation $72–100k OTE (50/50 base/bonus).

  • Tools: HubSpot, Aircall, Slack.

  • Health: Medical, Dental, Vision; FSA/HSA; One Medical, Kindbody, Talkspace, Teladoc
