Our Client, a Materials Engineering company, is looking for a Human Resource Management - Staffing Recruiter - Entry for their Santa Clara, CA location.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the global TA leaders to gather and analyze success across various geographies on their sourcing strategy and identify improvement opportunities
  • Provide operational support to the University Recruiting teams by coordinating candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and support of recruiting events
  • Support weekly collection of data/information from the regional teams for review with leadership
  • Gather market mapping using LinkedIn, AI resources and other tools, as per requests for sourcing
  • Coordinate and manage TA tool access for contractors, ensuring on time onboarding and off-boarding
 
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in HR, Talent Acquisition or HR Analytics
  • Experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or university recruiting programs strongly preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights
  • Project management skills; ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to work effectively in high-volume, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments, applying a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Years of experience: 2-3+years
