What is more sustainable than investing your ideas, your energy and your work time in making our little planet a pleasant and welcoming home for the many generations that will follow us?<br>It is not only a job - it is a just cause that will fill you with satisfaction every day.<br>We are constantly moving forward and looking out for an <strong>HR Specialist </strong><strong>- Greece</strong> to support our growth in the solar industry.<br>This position is <strong>Part-Time</strong> role <strong>(37hs weekly)</strong>, with possibilities of Full-Time contract in future!<br><br>So, what is it an HR Specialist - Greece is doing on a daily bases, well let`s have a dive right into it:<br><br><strong>Local payroll operations<br></strong><br><ul><li>Work with external provider to prepare monthly payroll: deliver documents and communicate changes in time; stay compliant with local payroll-related regulations.</li><li>Point of contact regarding employee insurances (social security, additional pension, etc.) and employer liability insurance.</li><li>Point of contact for employees and HRBP on compensation & benefits policies.</li><li>Support Finance department on regular financial assessments, tax auditing, and other personnel cost related topics.</li><li>Manage the processes of employee benefits and bonus payment (such as employee benefit cars, referral bonus, training bonus, etc.)</li></ul><strong>EU compensation management<br></strong><br><ul><li>Support bonus calculation and salary review in the EU region.</li><li>Bridge our headquarter and EU region on annual bonus and salary review topics.</li><li>Maintain and report on personnel cost data.</li></ul><strong>HR Information Systems<br></strong><br><ul><li>Personio trouble shooting and management: system set-up and debug; utilise new features in Personio and provide advices to HRBPs and other stakeholders; point of contact for Personio Support&Sales team.</li><li>Circula travel expense management tool: maintenance and trouble-shooting.</li><li>Support the digitalization process of the EU region (switching to SAP or other global platforms).</li></ul><strong>HR operations<br></strong><br><ul><li>Global mobility: provide instructions for employees relocating from other countries.</li><li>Support in EU headcount collection and communication.</li><li>Support the team on daily HR operations.</li></ul>All good, that sounded great right?
