This is an urgent requirement for an experienced HR Director to take a 3 month contract in the Farringdon area of Central London. This contact pays £600p/d inside IR35 and will be 5 days a week onsite.
To be considered for this 3 month contract you will have previous experience working as an HR Generalist in a leadership role. Managing a team of 7, you will provide HR support to circa 400 staff. This will include overseeing:
  • People strategy & execution
  • Talent acquisition & performance management
  • Employment law, compliance, and dealing with regulatory bodies
  • Reward, pay & benefits
  • Learning & development
My client operates in the healthcare sector, and any experience with regulatory bodies such as the Care Quality Commission (CQC), Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), or General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) will be highly beneficial.
Based in the Farringdon area, my client is within walking distance of Farringdon, Barbican, Chancery Lane, St Pauls, and City Thames Link tube & train stations.
They would ideally like someone in the office 5 days a week, but would consider 1 day's work from home for the right person.
This 3 month contract pays £600p/d INSIDE IR35 and is looking for someone to start ASAP.
