<p><b>Role Summary</b></p><p>The Senior Advisor, Health Systems Services is a strategic position that helps shape how specialty pharmacy services support complex health system partners at scale. This role plays a critical part in advancing Evernorth’s specialty distribution strategy through CuraScript SD by ensuring operational readiness, pricing integrity, and compliant, scalable pharmacy models.</p><p></p><p>You will serve as a trusted enterprise advisor, guiding cross-functional teams through complex onboarding, contracting, and pricing initiatives that directly impact growth, customer experience, and revenue integrity. With a strong growth mindset, you bring clarity to ambiguity, balance strategic intent with operational realities, and influence outcomes across a highly matrixed organization.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead operational strategy for health system specialty pharmacy models, ensuring onboarding, pricing governance, and class-of-trade structures are accurate, scalable, and aligned with manufacturer and distribution requirements.</p></li><li><p>Drive enterprise-level programs and initiatives focused on specialty pharmacy onboarding, process simplification, pricing transformation, and new distribution or contracting models.</p></li><li><p>Provide strategic guidance on specialty pharmacy contracting and pricing, including manufacturer agreements, GPO structures, and class-of-trade frameworks to support compliance and commercial intent.</p></li><li><p>Serve as the business owner for complex, cross-functional efforts involving EDI automation, pricing system enhancements, and contract implementation, aligning timelines, risks, and outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Partner closely with Sales, Contracting, Trade Relations, Pricing, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure shared understanding and coordinated execution across the enterprise.</p></li><li><p>Act as a primary escalation point for complex operational or contractual issues, balancing customer impact, regulatory considerations, and operational feasibility.</p></li><li><p>Champion continuous improvement, ensuring root cause analysis, documentation, and corrective actions are implemented and sustained.</p></li><li><p>Develop and mentor junior analysts, building expertise in specialty pharmacy operations, contract interpretation, pricing governance, and health system business models.</p></li><li><p>Establish operating rhythms and prioritization frameworks that promote quality, accountability, and consistent delivery.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum of 7 years of experience in specialty pharmacy, healthcare operations, specialty distribution, or health system-based pharmacy environments.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience interpreting and operationalizing complex manufacturer or specialty distribution agreements.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of health system pharmacy operations, including drug procurement processes and class-of-trade requirements.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with enterprise-level impact.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical thinking, judgment, and decision-making skills in complex operational environments.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading analysts or project teams.</p></li><li><p>10% travel requirement  </p></li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience supporting integrated delivery networks (IDNs), provider-owned specialty pharmacies, or health systems.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with 340B program structures and compliance considerations.</p></li><li><p>Background in trade relations, manufacturer contracting, or specialty pharmacy pricing models.</p></li><li><p>Exposure to EDI workflows, pricing systems, or large-scale operational or technology transformations.</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><br /><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 64,900 - 108,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.</p><p></p><p>At The Cigna Group, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits, with a focus on supporting your whole health.
