You’ll meet with me on Zoom, review the product, understand the customer segments, and produce a structured GTM plan that I can break down into tasks inside ClickUp. What You’ll Do • Meet 1:1 with me to learn the product, use cases, audience, and growth vision • Review the current branding, messaging, and product positioning • Identify primary customer segments + value propositions • Build a full GTM plan, including: • Brand positioning & messaging • arenaflex segments + ICPs • Channel strategy (content, outbound, partnerships, email/SMS, ads, etc.) • Pricing/packaging recommendations • Launch sequencing • Growth levers for 0 → 100 customers • Metrics/KPIs to track • Deliver a clear, actionable document I can drop directly into ClickUp • Optional: Ongoing guidance as I execute the plan Ideal Candidate • Background in SaaS, B2B tech, communications, or marketing automation • 3–7+ years in GTM, product marketing, or early-stage growth • Can translate high-level strategy into step-by-step execution • Comfortable working with founders building early-stage products • Excellent communicator & able to ask the right questions • Experience with ClickUp and/or Hubspot is a plus (not required) Deliverables 1. A 60–90 minute discovery session 2. A documented GTM strategy & execution roadmap 3. Recommendations on brand positioning, arenaflex markets, launch tactics, and growth opportunities 4. A “tasks & projects” breakdown that I can immediately use in ClickUp 5. Optional: Ongoing monthly advisory (separate contract) Budget Open to hourly or fixed-rate proposals depending on experience.
