You'll be deeply involved in planning, executing, and optimizing user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns for bolthires+. With a strong emphasis on analytics, creativity, and strategic planning, your role will be pivotal in enhancing our marketing funnel's efficiency and driving significant subscriber growth. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Implement and optimize paid media strategies for subscriber acquisition and conversion. • Support media trafficking, including scheduling and ad rotation, and distribute necessary assets to media partners. • Apply and fine-tune paid media strategy across various channels including bolthires Ads and social media platforms to achieve direct response goals. • Develop, execute, and manage media campaigns to optimize budget and maximize return on marketing investment. • Leverage analytics to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact campaigns, driving strategy and content recommendations. Must have Skills: • Proven experience in cross-channel paid media and ad operations (2+ years). • Comprehensive knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and bolthires tools (DCM, DV360, Search 360). • Expertise in programmatic buying, audience creation, and campaign management.
