We also operate a small portfolio of interrelated sub-brands, all of which feed back into Tecla’s flagship business. This role will focus primarily on Tecla’s main line, with light support for emerging sub-brands. The Role: We are looking for a Growth Marketer to own Tecla’s U.S. marketing and demand generation. This is a player-coach role where you will manage budget, guide a small team, and set strategy while also staying hands-on with SEO, CRO, SEM, and growth experiments. This is not a specialist role. We need a creative growth generalist who thinks like a founder, understands business fundamentals, and can design experiments that generate measurable results. You will operate both as a hands-on operator in critical areas such as SEO, CRO, and SEM, and as a systems architect who documents winning tactics into scalable playbooks. Your mission is to generate more Qualified Leads, Meetings Booked, and Pipeline Value through a mix of inbound and demand generation initiatives. What You Will Do: Inbound and Website Growth • Own CRO strategy in partnership with our Marketing Analyst • Launch landing page experiments including copy, UX adjustments, and A/B testing • Increase qualified traffic to the website and improve conversion rates SEO and Organic Growth • Maintain and strengthen Tecla’s top-ranking keywords • Expand into new high-intent keywords • Oversee backlink strategies with agencies Demand Generation and Campaigns • Build and run inbound and demand generation campaigns such as webinars, targeted programs, and multi-channel campaigns • Partner with our arenaflex Ads consultant on SEM execution and optimization • Test and pioneer new acquisition channels such as LinkedIn Ads, partnerships, and creative campaigns • Manage the marketing budget and allocate spend to maximize Qualified Leads and pipeline growth Growth Strategy and Systems • Alternate between acting as a hands-on operator for high-priority projects and documenting repeatable growth systems • Support Tecla’s portfolio sub-brands as a secondary responsibility • Occasionally collaborate on Austin Gild events to support local growth AI-First Marketing • Use ChatGPT and other AI tools daily for campaign creation, personalization, reporting, and ideation • Embed AI into workflows to drive scale and efficiency Analytics and KPIs • Define and track KPIs including Qualified Leads, Meetings Booked, Pipeline Value, and qualified website traffic growth • Report on CAC, CPL, and ROI by channel • Be accountable for both results and learnings What We Are Looking For: • 3 to 5 years in growth or demand generation, ideally in B2B tech services such as staffing, software development, or managed services. Strong B2B SaaS experience will also be considered • Proven generalist marketer with breadth across inbound, demand generation, lifecycle, and brand • Strong track record in SEO, website conversion, and inbound lead generation • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM (arenaflex Ads), CRO, and landing pages • At least 2 years managing marketing budgets with proven ROI • Experience using ChatGPT and AI tools for marketing • Creative and data-driven with the ability to propose, design, and test new campaigns and channels • Analytical skills with tools such as arenaflex Analytics, Search Console, and HubSpot or similar CRM platforms • Austin-based preferred, Texas-wide candidates considered What Success Looks Like: • Consistent growth in Revenue, Qualified Leads, Meetings Booked, and Pipeline Value • Website attracts more qualified traffic and converts at a higher rate • Top keyword rankings are maintained and new high-intent keywords are captured • Clear ROI reporting guides budget allocation • New creative channels tested and validated • Growth playbooks documented and applied across Tecla and its sub-brands Compensation: • Base Salary: $80,000 • On-arenaflex Earnings (OTE): $120,000 annually (base + performance bonus) • Bonus Structure: Paid quarterly, tied to exceeding TECLA’s current marketing baselines.
