About the position We are excited to bring on a Graphic Design Intern to join our 2025 Summer cohort. This position will provide an excellent opportunity to learn and gain experience in Workplace Solutions' Marketing team. You will build on your knowledge of design principles, Adobe Create Suite programs, conceptual thinking, and learning. You will execute on basic design direction provided by design consultants, listen to feedback, ask questions, be open to sharing ideas, pitch in and help where needed, and gain a deeper understanding of what it is like to work in a corporate culture. You will also develop an understanding of how to build relationships with partners and stakeholders by asking questions and taking initiative. Responsibilities • Add value to the organization through meaningful work • Participate in a variety of developmental experiences • Gain exposure to senior executives and build a valuable network of peers, managers, and leaders across the company • Acquire knowledge of key businesses through enterprise-wide exposure • Receive ongoing coaching and mentoring Requirements • College rising sophomore or junior (2027 or 2028 grad) • Must have availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between the dates of June 2, 2025 - August 8, 2025 • Exceptional communication skills and effective networking skills • Self-motivated and results-oriented • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with arenaflex Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship Nice-to-haves • Basic experience using the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail • Solid relationship management skills with internal and/or external clients (e.g. management, peers, colleagues, customers, etc.) • Sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information Benefits • Potential to turn into a full-time position after graduation • Receive ongoing coaching and mentoring • Add value to the organization through meaningful work • Effective productivity/technology tools and training • Professional Development Workshops • Gain exposure to senior executives and build a valuable network of peers, managers, and leaders across the company Apply tot his job
