The Role

As a German-Speaking Customer Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers across multiple communication channels. Whether working on-site or remotely from Greece, you will handle enquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver a consistently high-quality experience that reflects our brand values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries in German via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and deliver solutions that drive satisfaction and first-contact resolution
  • Manage and escalate complaints effectively while maintaining a calm, customer-first approach
  • Document all interactions accurately using internal CRM systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the customer journey
  • Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs including CSAT, AHT, and quality scores
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture

What We Are Looking For

  • Native or near-native German language skills, written and spoken, C1 or C2 level required
  • Strong proficiency in English as a working language
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or a client-facing role is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
  • Eligibility to work in the European Union
  • Open to relocating to Greece or working remotely, depending on your preference and business needs
