This team is accountable for the meticulous planning, design, and delivery of all LRT infrastructure and significant capital expansion projects. We transform conceptual visions into tangible reality through sustained engagement with our business partners, delivering exceptional project management and technical services. The success of our work is significantly amplified by the deep knowledge and strong relationships we cultivate with industry and business partners.</span></p><p><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Reporting to the Director, LRT Infrastructure Projects, the General Supervisor, LRT Facilities and Renewal is a pivotal role. You will guide and mentor a team of program and project managers, alongside internal technical subject matter experts. Your leadership is essential to ensure that every project is executed efficiently, meeting all deadlines, budget requirements, and scope objectives.</span></p><p><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>What will you do?</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Lead, guide and support LRT related expansion and renewal projects through all phases of the Project Development and Delivery Model (PDDM) life cycle (planning, design, construction, commissioning, operations, and maintenance)</span></li><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintain effective communication with senior management and key partners on projects status, issues and milestones</span></li><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Ensure best practices are being followed in the engineering design, construction and commissioning of LRT and transit facilities (along LRT alignment)</span></li><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Focus on the team by building a respectful workplace culture through a values-based influencer approach and working collaboratively</span></li><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Continue to develop a team organization to meet increasing demands and administer an annual operating budget</span></li><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Participate in the mediation of complex issues involving internal staff and external partners including the public, contractors and consultants.
