Job Description Whiztekcorp is seeking a Gen AI Engineer to support our client . The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced enterprise environment, contributing to the design, development, and support of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior GenAI Engineer to design, build, and deploy advanced generative AI solutions. This role is highly hands-on and focuses on developing prototypes, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and MVPs that evolve into scalable, production-grade AI products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems using the latest advancements in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-modal systems. Education (Preferred) • PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field • Exceptional candidates with a Master’s degree and strong industry experience will also be considered Key Skills & Experience AI & Machine Learning • Strong foundation in AI, machine learning, and deep learning • Experience applying AI/ML/GenAI techniques to real-world business problems Programming & GenAI Tools • Expert-level proficiency in Python • Hands-on experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs • Experience building, fine-tuning, and optimizing LLMs and foundation models RAG & Vector Databases (Highly Preferred) • Strong experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures • Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, or similar • Experience building RAG pipelines, embeddings, knowledge retrieval systems, and evaluation workflows Deep Learning Frameworks • Proficiency in TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch Cloud & Model Platforms • Familiarity with arenaflex Model Garden, arenaflex Bedrock, and Nvidia NIM • Experience deploying, scaling, and monitoring models on cloud platforms Multi-Modal & Agent Systems • Experience working with text, image, audio, or video models • Background in building agent-based systems or multi-modal AI applications Who We’re Looking For • A self-driven engineer passionate about solving advanced AI challenges • Strong interest in experimentation, rapid prototyping, and innovation • Collaborative team member with strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment Apply tot his job
