You won't just be entering data; you'll be:</p><ul><li><strong>The Architect:</strong> Managing the full accounting cycle in QBO and Xero, from complex journal entries to final monthly financial statements.</li><li><strong>The Problem Solver:</strong> Diving into "clean-up" projects, including book-to-tax reconciliations, undeposited funds, and complex balance sheet audits.</li><li><strong>The Automator:</strong> Proactively using AI and tools like App Script to automate routine tasks and increase efficiency.</li><li><strong>The Integrator:</strong> Reconciling third-party app data and managing exports/imports into accounting software with surgical precision.</li><li><strong>The Partner:</strong> Assisting with client onboarding, budget forecasting, and supporting audits with meticulous documentation.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Who You Are (Requirements)</strong><ul><li><strong>The Veteran:</strong> You have <strong>10+ years</strong> of proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.</li><li><strong>The Academic:</strong> You hold a <strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong> in Accounting or Finance.</li><li><strong>The Techie:</strong> You are a QBO and Xero power user.
