Join Our Team as a Front Desk Guest Service Associate!

Are you a master multitasker with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same? If so, we want you to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Gunnison, CO!

We are looking for part-time 3p-11pm. Saturday & Sunday with opportunity for additional hours as needed

No relocation is provided for this position and you must be located near/in Gunnison, CO

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a warm smile and check them in/out efficiently
  • Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
  • Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
  • Keep the front desk area clean and organized at all times
  • Assist with reservations, room assignments, and billing tasks

Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of hotel booking software
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
