We are an indoor children’s play center located in West Roxbury, MA. Our mission is to provide a clean, safe, and exciting environment where families with young children can play, explore, and celebrate special moments together. Job Summary:

We are hiring friendly, energetic, and responsible team members to perform front desk operations and supervise our indoor play areas. This is a hands-on role involving customer service, child safety, and daily operations support.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out
  • Monitor play areas and ensure a safe and fun environment
  • Help with party setups and guest support
  • Process payments and answer customer inquiries
  • Perform opening and closing duties
  • Assist with cleaning and resetting areas throughout the day
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager
  • Work on Saturday and Sunday

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Enjoy working around children and families
  • Able to stand and move for extended periods
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Background in early childhood education or event coordination is a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred
  • Reliable transportation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
