Food & Beverage Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B operations at our busy 4★ hotel in the heart of Southport.

From elegant weddings and relaxing afternoon teas to lively bottomless brunches and bingo events, our venue offers a diverse and vibrant hospitality experience. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to deliver exceptional guest service.

The Role

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will take full responsibility for the smooth running and commercial success of all F&B operations, including:

  • Wedding and large-scale event service alongside our Events Manager
  • Bar and restaurant management
  • Themed events such as bottomless brunch and bingo nights
  • Private dining and corporate functions

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire and develop the F&B team
  • Manage rotas, staffing levels and labour costs
  • Drive revenue and maximise profitability
  • Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and licensing regulations
  • Work closely with the Sales and Events team to deliver seamless events
  • Monitor KPIs, budgets and cost controls

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an F&B Manager or senior supervisor in a hotel or high-volume venue
  • Confident leading large teams in busy service periods
  • Commercially aware with strong financial understanding
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Pay: £26,333.90-£32,000.00 per year
