Flying Tiger - Part Time Team Leader 20 hours

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our store opening soon at Flying Tiger Copenhagen Bluewater Shopping Centre.

Must be fully flexible and available to work Monday through to Sunday working a variety of shift patterns ranging from early start to support delivery to starting later to support closing the store.

Must be available to work up to 5 out of 7 days each week.

What the role is about?

A Team Leader supports the management team in the daily operations and is a key player in the store team to role model best practice. 
It’s a hands-on role that involves ensuring the shop floor is well-presented and replenished to maximize sales, the warehouse is organised, and the store team undertake their duties whilst delivering friendly customer service.  


Your Responsibilities:

  • Implement Flying Tiger Copenhagen’s concept.
  • Proficiency on tills and supports with advanced till functions.
  • Handle tills discrepancies, incident reports, and team concerns, escalating them to management.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment for both customers and colleagues.
  • Implement and follow Commercial guidelines to meet compliance of store standards.
  • Support in leading the store team.
