This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: California (USA) Finance Change Manager Rate: $65-70/hr | W2 | Remote Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with 20+ years’ experience delivering consulting services to global technology leaders in the US, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Change Manager consultant to support two critical initiatives within our client’s Finance organization. This consultant will lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management and communications strategies, partnering closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive adoption, ensure high-quality outcomes, and support successful enterprise-level transformation. Responsibilities include: • Serve as the Change Management Lead for the BRIM (Subscription @ Scale) initiative, supporting the transition from SAP S/4 to SAP BRIM and the transformation of the end-to-end Order to Cash process. • Lead change management activities impacting core finance business functions, including Order Management, Billing and Collections, and Revenue, as well as identified boundary groups requiring tailored communications and training. • Conduct and maintain comprehensive change impact assessments to identify process, role, and system impacts resulting from the BRIM implementation. • Develop and execute end-to-end change management and communications strategies tailored to finance stakeholders and business objectives. • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, clarity, and momentum throughout the change lifecycle. • Independently own and deliver high-quality change deliverables, including impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, communications, and training assets. • Assess employee sentiment and readiness through surveys, interviews, and other feedback mechanisms, translating insights into actionable adjustments. • Design and manage a comprehensive communications plan to inform, engage, and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Create, update, and manage training materials and change documentation to support business readiness and adoption. • Ensure training content is accessible, relevant, and effective for diverse stakeholder groups. • Adapt change management plans to align BRIM with ServiceNow Subscription Order Management (SOM), addressing evolving scope, dependencies, and timeline changes. • Assess and manage change impacts resulting from the realignment of BRIM with SOM, with particular focus on Order Management process changes. • Measure post-implementation effectiveness by tracking adoption metrics, engagement indicators, and feedback. • Partner closely with project leadership, functional stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment, readiness, and successful GoLive. • Support GoLive preparation and post-GoLive stabilization activities to drive user adoption and minimize business disruption. • Provide ongoing support to leaders, teams, and individuals to reinforce adoption and address resistance as needed. Skills & Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience leading change management initiatives, within finance environments • Direct experience supporting Finance-led change initiatives required • Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies, tools, and industry best practices • Proven ability to develop, execute, and report on comprehensive change and communications programs • Strong executive presence with the ability to confidently engage senior leaders while operating independently • Experience translating complex change initiatives into clear, actionable messaging tailored to multiple stakeholder groups • Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams within a structured execution plan • Strong analytical skills, including conducting impact assessments and measuring adoption and effectiveness • Track record of producing high-quality, detailed deliverables that support large-scale programs • Familiarity with SAP BRIM or other large enterprise transformation initiatives is a plus Details of Position: • Work Arrangement: Remote • $65-70/hr, Consultant, Contract Opportunity on W2 • Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision & 401(k) (with a match) • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
