Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, including erecting signage, setting up stalls, and preparing event spaces.
  • Provide excellent customer service, guiding attendees, answering queries, and resolving minor issues with a positive attitude.
  • Manage access control points, efficiently checking tickets/passes and directing the flow of people to maintain safety and order.
  • Support backstage operations, artist liaison, or vendor management as required, ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Ensure health and safety guidelines are adhered to at all times, reporting any concerns or incidents promptly to supervisors.
  • Assist with waste management and site cleanliness throughout the event, contributing to a pleasant environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, event organisers, and various stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery and success.
  • Participate in pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs to contribute insights and suggestions for continuous improvement in future events.
