Job Description: run a self-storage education business and multiple self-storage facilities. I’m looking for a long-term digital marketing expert who can manage both course sales (online) and facility advertising (local lead generation). This role requires someone who can manage full-funnel marketing, run paid ads, set up automations, and track performance metrics. If you have experience in the self-storage or real estate niche, that’s a huge bonus. What You Will Work On 1. Self-Storage Course Sales (Online) Build sales funnels to sell my self-storage course Run Meta/Facebook Ads focused on course purchases Setup and optimize: Landing pages VSL/Webinar pages (if required) Upsells/Down sells Email + SMS follow-up automations Manage Many Chat, Keap, and JotForm integrations Improve conversion rate and reduce arenaflex per acquisition Create and maintain an ROI Tracking Sheet (arenaflex Sheets) 2.
