Key Responsibilities As a Seasonal Data Entry Associate/Order Blaster at Hirefluxa, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: Processing all incoming Excel (Macro and Non-Macro) orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Formatting Excel orders as needed, utilizing your knowledge of Excel to efficiently manage and organize data. Setting up profiles for all Excel orders, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records. Processing incoming paper orders from both Consumer and Business Gift Division in a timely manner, meeting demanding deadlines and ensuring seamless execution. Processing incoming Treasury Batch orders efficiently, meeting deadlines for Treasury and maintaining high levels of productivity. Executing Customer Gift History lists, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Entering Catalog requests and address changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Managing incoming communications in a prompt, efficient, timely, and professional manner, meeting all accuracy and productivity standards. Monitoring and maintaining business and product knowledge information, utilizing all available resources to stay up-to-date and informed. Processing Special Projects for various departments throughout Taskora, demonstrating your ability to adapt and work on a variety of tasks. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: At least 6 months of data entry experience, demonstrating your ability to accurately and efficiently enter data. Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel, including the ability to navigate and utilize various features and functions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers. Strong organizational skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks, manage your time, and meet deadlines. The ability to multi-task, handling multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of productivity. A typing speed of 35 wpm, ensuring you can efficiently and accurately enter data. Proven knowledge of navigation of a computer, including the ability to utilize various software and systems. Excellent spelling and grammar, demonstrating your attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work. Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work. Possess strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to adapt to new situations and challenges.
