Our mission is to provide exceptional customer experiences, and we're committed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. **Job Summary** As a Senior Learning Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for developing dashboards, presentations, analytics, and business insights for arenaflex University, our internal training department. You'll use advanced tools and techniques to combine data from various sources, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders and measuring the effectiveness of our training programs. This is a hybrid role based out of our Corporate Campus in Dallas, TX, requiring a minimum of 3 days of on-site work per week. **Responsibilities** * Apply expertise and customer needs assessment to create effective solutions that meet business requirements * Analyze and mitigate risks associated with equipment and projects * Apply advanced expertise in data cleaning strategies and tools, including Alteryx, data visualization tools like Tableau, and other data analytics tools, to create insights that inform data and visualization requests * Apply advanced expertise in SQL, Python, or other reporting languages or tools, to create and maintain advanced solutions for reporting training data * Support escalated and complex data troubleshooting for business customers * Gather and interpret requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and present findings * Partner with senior leaders to gain insights and measurements to convert business needs into actionable data presentation requirements * Identify strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, or processes to problems * Understand and estimate the effort and arenaflex of a solution * Work with the Business Intelligence Analyst to resolve issues and share expertise of tools and strategies * May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** * Ability to apply advanced tools to quickly understand and accurately define complex problems to systematically analyze and weigh options to advocate solutions * Ability to work under stressful conditions and manage time effectively * Ability to prioritize tasks to meet departmental targets and goals * Be a self-starter and able to work with a minimal amount of supervision to perform assignments and projects * Understanding of Company policies (e.g., Appearance and Attendance) and expectations of arenaflex Culture * Ability to work effectively independently or in a strong customer service and/or team environment * Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as required * Ability to work under tight time constraints and at times, in stressful conditions * Ability to design and conduct analyses, as well as synthesize recommendations * Ability to develop, present, and effectively communicate techniques and ideas to various audiences **Education** * Required: High School Diploma or GED **Experience** * Advanced level experience, with extensive expertise in: + Acquiring data using various tools, including: SQL, Python, Alteryx, Qlikm, Attunity, or other comparable toolsets + Visualization and presentation experience * Preferred: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Visual Basic) * Preferred: Working experience in Air Operations training and Advance Qualification Program (AQP) **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-35/hour * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment * Collaborative and supportive team culture * Professional development and growth opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and business acumen, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
