Our company culture is built on a foundation of camaraderie, collaboration, and innovation, and we're excited to have you join our team! **Responsibilities** As a Senior Learning Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for: * Applying expertise and customer needs assessment to create solutions that meet business requirements * Analyzing and mitigating risks associated with equipment and projects * Applying advanced skills in data cleaning strategies and tools, including Alteryx, data visualization tools like Tableau, and other data analytics tools, to create insights that inform data and visualization requests * Applying advanced skills in SQL, Python, or other reporting languages or tools, to create and maintain advanced solutions for reporting education data * Supporting escalated and complex data troubleshooting for business customers * Gathering and interpreting requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and present findings * Partnering with senior leaders to gain insights and measurements to convert business needs into actionable data presentation requirements * Identifying strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, or processes to address problems * Understanding and estimating the effort and arenaflex of a solution * Working with the Business Intelligence Analyst to resolve issues and share knowledge of tools and strategies * May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Ability to apply advanced tools to quickly understand and accurately define complex problems to systematically analyze and weigh options to advocate solutions * Ability to work under stressful conditions and manage time effectively * Ability to prioritize tasks to meet departmental targets and goals * Be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision to perform assignments and projects * Understanding of Company policies (e.g., Appearance and Attendance) and expectations of SWA Culture * Ability to work effectively independently or in a strong customer service and/or team environment * Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as required * Ability to work under tight time constraints and at times, in stressful conditions * Ability to design and conduct analyses, as well as synthesize recommendations * Ability to develop, present, and effectively communicate techniques and ideas to various audiences **Education** * Required: High School Diploma or GED **Experience** * Advanced level experience, with extensive expertise in: + Acquiring data using various tools, including: SQL, Python, Alteryx, Qlikm, Attunity, or other comparable toolsets + Visualization and presentation experience * Preferred: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Visual Basic) * Preferred: Working experience in Air Operations education and Advance Qualification Program (AQP) **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a hybrid role, you'll work onsite at our Corporate Campus in Dallas, TX, for a minimum of 3 days a week.
