As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, working closely with our DC Management and Engineering teams to drive business results. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven individual with excellent technical skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for: * **Data Entry (65%):** + Input time and production data for all DC associates into the Blue Chip computer system + Summarize production sheets, check for accuracy, and report errors + Translate DCIS data and calculate performances for each associate covered by the program + Calculate individual bonus dollars based on the associate's ability to perform against individual production standards * **Reporting and Analysis (15%):** + Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reporting to DC Management and Payroll + Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data * **Administrative Tasks (10%):** + File paperwork in accordance with established procedures + Rotate files periodically for storage * **Other Projects (5%):** + Perform other projects as assigned by management **Essential Qualifications and Skills** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * **Previous Clerical/Administrative Experience:** 1+ years of experience in a data entry or administrative role * **Technical Skills:** + 10-key experience (fast and accurate) + Proficiency in arenaflex Office, particularly Excel + Familiarity with data entry software and systems * **Soft Skills:** + Excellent organizational and time management skills + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information + Good interpersonal and communication skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team * **Physical Demands:** Ability to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs **Preferred Qualifications and Skills** While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: * **Data Analysis:** Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL or Tableau * **Process Improvement:** Experience with process improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles * **Leadership:** Experience leading or participating in cross-functional teams **Benefits and Perks** As an arenaflex Associate, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * **Medical, Dental, and Vision:** Comprehensive health insurance plans * **401K:** Retirement savings plan with company match * **Paid Time Off:** Generous paid time off, including holidays and anniversary days * **In-Store Discounts:** Discounts on arenaflex merchandise and services * **Cell Phone Discounts:** Discounts on cell phone plans and services **Equal Employment Opportunity** arenaflex is an equal employment opportunity employer.
