At arenaflex, you'll work alongside a talented team of passionate individuals who are building new products and services every day on behalf of our customers. **Job Summary** As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing in-station real-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You'll connect customers with experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages, making sure we put smiles on our customers' faces. **Key Responsibilities** • **Manage Difficult Customer Situations**: Use empathy to resolve customer complaints via phone and email, responding promptly and prioritizing customer needs. Solicit customer feedback to improve the customer experience. • **Analyze Data and Improve Processes**: Use data to inform your decisions, and develop work flows and procedures to improve quality and efficiency.
