Job Summary As a Brand Engagement Center Advocate, you will be the primary point of contact for Toyota and Lexus owners, dealerships, and field/area offices, handling inquiries and complaints to positively impact owner satisfaction and retention. This role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities * Direct interface with Toyota and Lexus guests via phone calls, emails, social media, and chats to respond to inquiries and resolve complaints * Analyze guest concerns and handle them accordingly, taking ownership of incoming communication and investigating and resolving various questions and concerns * Combine active listening with proactive decision-making skills to benefit Toyota and Lexus guests, utilizing multiple software applications and online resources to identify opportunities to improve the guest experience * Support in-vehicle technology and apps, assisting guests with setting up and troubleshooting their multi-media products, phone pairing, and navigation * High emotional intelligence to effectively support low-effort guest experiences and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Opportunity to transition to guest interactions via letters, emails, social media, and/or chats based on performance and business need What You Bring * High School Diploma or equivalent * Customer service experience in a fast-paced customer-facing or phone environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Added bonus if you have a Bachelor's degree or higher * Automotive experience (i.e., dealership, technician, worked for another automotive company, etc.) * Experience working with technology (i.e., Bluetooth pairing, navigation, smartphone) * Familiarity with social media * Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Proficiency in bolthires Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) What We Bring * 12 weeks of in-office paid training at our Plano Headquarters * Starting salary of $54,500, with benefits effective on day one * Hybrid (Home/Onsite) schedule following training, with a requirement to be in the office approximately 4 times per month * Opportunity to transition to guest interactions via letters, emails, social media, and/or chats based on performance and business need * Professional growth and development programs to help advance your career, as well as tuition reimbursement * Vehicle purchase & lease programs * Comprehensive health care and wellness plans for your entire family * Flextime and virtual work options (if applicable) * Toyota 401(k) Savings Plan featuring a company match, as well as an annual retirement contribution from Toyota regardless of whether you contribute * Paid holidays and paid time off * Referral services related to prenatal services, adoption, childcare, schools, and more * Tax Advantaged Accounts (Health Savings Account, Health Care FSA, Dependent Care FSA) Belonging at arenaflex Our success begins and ends with our people.
